The BosesiLAB carbon dioxide incubator is the main equipment for the cultivation of microorganisms, which can be used for the cultivation and propagation of bacteria and cells. The principle is to create an artificial environment for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, cells and bacteria in the incubator by artificial methods, such as controlling certain temperature, humidity and gas. The CO2 incubator is improved on the basis of common culture, mainly adding CO2 to meet the environment for cultivating microorganisms. Mainly used for tissue culture and the cultivation of some special microorganisms, carbon dioxide incubator in the use of the process need to pay attention to the following points:

1. The added water may be distilled or nonionic to prevent mineral deposits from corroding in the tank, requiring annual water changes.

2. Check the overtemperature stabilizing device regularly to prevent overtemperature by pressing the monitoring alarm button and turning the fixing screw until the overtemperature alarming device rings, then turn off the overtemperature display lamp.

3. the incubator should be regularly disinfected, the shelf can be taken out to clean and disinfect, the cabinet with liquid detergent scrub, to prevent other microbial pollution lead to failure of the experiment.

4. The CO2 used needs to be pure, otherwise the sensitivity of the CO2 sensor will be reduced and the CO2 filter will be contaminated.

5. if the long-term use of carbon dioxide, the CO2 switch should be closed to prevent failure of the CO2 regulator.

6. To keep CO2 stable in a humidity-free incubator, place a water container at the bottom of the incubator.
